What would you feel like if you could see a movie in the movie theater, and just as the good-looking, witty Hollywood superstar enters the frame, you gently poke your friend with your elbow and say "I brought that guy in"?

We're making the best high school comedy in decades - want to make it even better?

We've got the script, the actors, the crew, and the equipment - so why do we need crowdfunding?

Because we want to hire one or two major movie stars, also referred to as "named talent" (mostly because it sounds more professional, and a little less starstruck than "superstar"). We have someone interested in the movie, so we decided to bring in more money to hire them.

We actually need more than 50,000 USD to hire these actors, but we're also bringing in funds from other sources. You still get to say "I brought that guy in" though, because even if you just bought the $5 perk, you have made a difference. And we're grateful for your interest in the movie, and that you took the time to invest in our project. We're sincerely grateful - thank you!
