"Letter's To Daniel" follows Daniel, an ex-convict. After serving his time, he walks out of prison with a stack of unopened letters from his sister, a painful reminder of his past. Desperate to distance himself from his criminal history, he decides to ignore the letters, hoping they'll fade away like the memories of his crime. However, his attempts to reintegrate into society prove difficult as he faces judgment and rejection from those who know his past. Isolated and longing for redemption, Daniel is left with nothing but the option to read the letters.

"I was inspired to write this story about a year ago after watching Christopher Nolan's Inception after being brought to tears from the simple theme of forgiveness. Instantly, I found myself in need to write my own story following a character who's most prevalent obstacle is forgiveness. While none of my past mistakes have warranted jail time like the protagonist Daniel, I seem to struggle with a great amount of regret.
Writing this project was a very therapeutic process for me as it allowed me to realize a lot of my own issues in Daniel. A huge factor being the issue of allowing my inability to forgive myself embodying in other people which sums up Daniel and his sister's relationship."
