CLEVER CHARLIE'S GOT A PLAN...
'Lost And Found' is about
Charlie’s unconditional love for his parents, his great imagination and his resourcefulness.
After the death of his dad, Charlie finds a way to help his grieving and struggling mom.
He decides to kidnap local animals and claim the rewards from their owners. Like many a plan all is well at first but things don’t quite turn out the way Charlie had hoped.
'Lost And Found' is a film full
of heart. We aim to make you smile. Perhaps even bring a tear or two
to your eyes...

We assembled an amazing team
of people who are not only really passionate about filmmaking but also totally crazy about animals!
Now we need YOU to join the team to help us to shoot for one more day and to
make sure we can post-produce the film to the highest standard. And to get it
out onto screens the world over!
SPEAKING OF THE CAST...
We are very fortunate to have in our project the amazing Caroline Morahan. She plays the role of Kathleen, Charlie’s mother.

As well as jumping on board to support our film, earlier this
year Caroline played the lead role in 'She Stoops to Conquer' at the
National Theatre of Ireland, The Abbey. She recently joined an all-star cast in a new comedy series 'Fir Bolg' due for
release on TG4, the Irish language TV station, and was the host of the prestigious 2015 Irish
Film and Television Academy Awards - Ireland's answer to the Oscars.
Caroline also devotes much of
her time to working for worthy causes. She’s undertaken a number of
initiatives, including acting as an ambassador for the ISPCA (Irish Society for the
Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) where she led the "Adopt a Dog" campaign.
We couldn’t have been luckier than finding the wonderful Lee
O’Donoghue, who plays Charlie. Cast after an extensive search, he is
definitely our Charlie!

Lee is still only 10 but he’s already
an experienced and promising film actor known for 'Help the Poor Struggler', 'The Monster', 'Teacher’s Pet', 'Elev8', 'Holy Communion Feature', 'Dog
House' as well as working on stage in productions such as 'The Wizard of Oz', 'Aida', and 'La
Bohême'.
Our terrific supporting cast includes Liam O’Brien (Reverend Tom) an accomplished Limerick based actor of both stage and screen. Liam is also one of Ireland's finest
interpreters of swing and lounge music; Nigel
Mercier (Jack) a professional actor, Former President of Limerick Toastmasters
(speaking club), Owner/Director of Limerick School of Acting, as well as a regular networking
facilitator with Limerick Chamber of Commerce; and Zeb Moore (Seamus) an actor and casting director, known for 'Mrs. Brown's
Boys D'Movie', 'The Quiet Hour' and 'Vanner'. And last but not least another gifted young actor Brandon Maher who plays Charlie's nemesis Sam.

The film wouldn't exist without the great contribution of the Irish based
charity Limerick Animal Welfare, Marie Quirke and her dog Sally,
alongside the great animal lovers who let us cast their phenomenal
pets. THANK YOU!!!

WHAT MORE DO WE NEED?
The film is almost completely shot. We've
captured powerful performances from our talented cast, working with a dedicated
crew and some really great gear, in stunning locations in Castleconnell, Co.
Limerick. We are determined to complete 'Lost
And Found'. Our main challenge right now is raising the funds needed for
the last leg of the film's journey!
With the support of Limerick
City of Culture’s “Film Limerick” initiative and by investing our own savings we
were able to get the film pretty much in the can.
Now we need YOU to get on
board and help us shoot for one more day
and to post-produce the film to
the highest standards.
The €7,000 goal includes:
- one day shooting in Co. Limerick
- editing & grading
- graphics/VFX
- sound design & mix
- original music score
- marketing package
- festival fees
WHAT DO YOU GET FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTION?
Aside from the great feeling
of knowing that YOU HELPED MAKE A FILM, there are a whole range of film-related
awards that you can claim. But most importantly, while supporting us, you will also
help support Limerick Animal Welfare (LAW)!
LAW is a charity based in County
Limerick whose members care for and rehome stray, mistreated and abandoned
animals both in Ireland and abroad. LAW is made up of true animal advocates. They love animals and devote their time and
energy to care for and to help them find new homes and a better life. Any
rescue animal LAW takes in, unless it is adopted and suitably rehomed, has a home for
