The Producers of MAYNARD would like to thank every person that donated to help with the making of this historic film! Our efforts to secure funding has mostly come from private direct donations and Indiegogo allowed us to reach those persons that have a genuine love for the late Mayor, the Honorable Maynard H. Jackson, Jr.
All funds donated will be held in an designated escrow account for the making of MAYNARD. With your help, we have successfully reached our goal in covering all development costs for the making of this film. As of May 7, 2015, we began the next phase which is pre-production. This is the time where we handle, legal, locations, archival footage and prepare to go into a production! Our fundraising efforts will continue through private fundraising and donations and we will steadily keep you abreast of the making of the film!

colleagues, the first ever interview with prominent U.S. History makers and
political figures, and filmmakers.

finding students that showed “spark” and needed some help to achieve their

registration, education, and turnout are some of the organizations that this
film will support in perpetuity! But it
doesn’t stop there! The soundtrack for
this film will feature sounds of major and independent music artist from around
Atlanta and the world. Maynard’s son,
Maynard Jackson, III and producer, Craig Love, have teamed up to give you the
best original and featured hits that made Maynard smile!
