I was living a very happy life in Tharparkar with my family. I had thirteen goats and worked as a labor at various districts. Then tragedy struck. My youngest daughter got diarrhea with blood. I had to sell all my goats to afford her treatment in Mithi district hospital. But even after months of treatment she didn't get better, and had extreme weight loss, weighing only 6 kg even though she was seven years old. It broke my heart to see her like this but by then I was completely broke and couldn't afford an ambulance to take her to Karachi. I was in Mithi hospital when I met a group of students from Islamabad, who were visiting Tharparkar with relief and medicine. They helped me get medicines and food from the market and also gave me Rs. 10,000 before leaving so that I could go to AKUH in Karachi for medical treatment. I started doing whatever work I got in Tharparkar to feed my family but regular visit of Karachi and doctor's fee was really not affordable and every other hospital I went to referred me back to AKUH. The students were still sponsoring the medical expense of my daughter every month and till this date they are doing whatever they can. However, my daughter will remain healthy only if we stay in Karachi for her treatment. She has inflammatory bowel disease which makes her intestines weak. She also catches other infections easily because of low immunity due to her medication. Then, my son was diagnosed with cerebral palsy; a brain disorder which made his muscles weak so that he could not swallow anything. He requires regular physiotherapy every week. I was left even more helpless by my son's condition. A man sitting next to me at the hospital told me to go to Faryal Talpur's house and ask for help. The security at the gate would not let me pass so I lied that I personally know Faryal Talpur and she asked me to visit her. I managed to get in and talk to her P.A. They talked to AKUH's management and my children's treatment started again but then she went abroad leaving me under the debt of Rs. 15000 at AKUH and it has been two months since my ID Card is at the hospital and I can't get it back unless I pay the money. I have been relying on daily labor and student group's aid. I rented a place for Rs. 3000 but it has no water or gas. I have been trying to find a job, any job, for months but despite my intermediate education, I haven't been able to get one. I will be able to stand on my feet again and take care of my family if I could get a permanent job in Karachi. Nobody likes asking for help, but my children are my life and I am ready to work however hard I can to get them healthy again, so that I can see my daughter smile happily again and watch my son eat without trouble.
I just want my children to be healthy again. I want to stop feeling so helpless and get a job so that I can fulfill my duty as a father, as a husband.

----------------------------------------------------------
Although to sustain his financial condition, getting him a job is the first priority but if you wish to donate please go ahead. The donation amount will be used to help him with the medical expense of his children and to set him up a business.
