Are you tired of storing all physical documents just for 'maybe I'll need them later'?
Each month we get at lot of bills or documents that are thrown in to the trash-bin once they served their purpose.
Each and every one of us was requested at least once to recall a most likely thrown document like a receipt of a parking ticket. Even if you store all the physical documents searching for a specific one is very hard and annoying.
We are here to make that easier then ever by introducing a simple yet modern solution to securely store all your documents, have them accessible anytime and anywhere, and be able to search within the text.
How it works?
Simple! Just download a mobile app on your device, take a photo of the document and send it to the server for processing and storing. You can even add your own tags to the photo, tags that are relevant to you and for that picture.
When you want to search for a older document, just type some text that you might think it's in the document or a tag contains, and the possible photos will be downloaded to your device.
If you want to use the solution from a browser, you can also do that by accessing the webpage where you can upload all your text-based documents (e.g. PDF receipts, .tiff images) for secure storage and later retrieval.
We are a team of highly skilled developers and we are here to make this a reality. As a starting point you can see the video demo of the mobile app.
How will we get there?
All of the funding will go in two places:
-
to the development team (this includes designer, architect, developers, testers, etc.)
-
to a cloud infrastructure provider.
The development team is hard at work to deliver this solution a timely manner. In order to scale for many users we host our solution in cloud and a professional cloud solution, unfortunately, is not free.
Each fund will reserve a number of free scans (proportional with the fund amount) and a scan is 10 cents (e.g. 1 USD = 10 free scans).
Other Ways You Can Help
If you got this far, this means that you want to help! Please let the world now about this project; one of our colleagues and/or friends surely needs this.
