We are committed to developing jobs in the mining sector and in organic farming jobs in Arizona, Nevada, California and in New Mexico. Our green initiatives call for us to mine and sell organic, natural zeolites, perlite and leonardite to farms in Mexico, Central & South America in the states of Nevada, California, New Mexico and Arizona.  Please advise if you or groups or companies interested in the above offering for their for-profit corporations or nonprofit organizations.

Sincerely,

Henry Don Miranda

IF there is a charity or foundation a 501 c 3 or a 501 c 4 that has the reach, the membership or an audience like a labor union or Planned Parenthood or a private company that sells the gold coins for, as an example US $ 1,000.00 per coin, and the silver ones for $ 50.00 per one Troy ounce silver coin, then 10,000 coins nets for the organizations $ 5.0 million for the gold coins and $ 3.0 million for the silver coins. we would provide custom minted coins for the organizations.

We would provide the gold coins for $ 500.00 per Troy ounce.  Selling them at $ 1,000.00 provides a $ 500.00 net for the organizations.

Selling the silver coins (100,000 coins) for $ 50.00 per coin paying $ 20.00 to us per coin nets for the organization $ 3.0 million.

Assume the coins do not sell. Then the inventory of gold is sold, less those minted and delivered to jewelers who will gladly pay for gold supplied to them at $ 300.00 under the world market price.

The silver coins are lower per unit value, but at $ 20.00 they are underpriced but available to a larger buying public as they are lower priced.

IF we are paid $ 20.00 and the organization does NOT sell out its 100,000 silver coins, then  $ 20.00 of the original US $ 50.00 price can be used to BUY the silver in the open market, less any we supply, for about $ 20.00 and the organization still nets $ 10.00 per coin.  $1,000,000.00 dollars.

We recommend using a group to sponsor the coins. One that has a large database of donors or buyers.

our partners will commit to donating $ 15.0 million to the organization or enterprise after it has established sales, and kept its commitments for scholarships, or providing assistance to veterans or ex-felons, or whatever is established at the end use for the funding.
