We are all ambassadors for the Slovenian  non-profit  organisation for rescued farm animals, named Koki. At Koki we teach about what life should be like, : full of compassion, faith, love and peace; of course we also live such life!

And although at Koki we can do almost everything  - we can give love, we can give hugs,  we can even have very loud arguments (yes, wait and see!!, but we still love each other and  always make peace in the end), we CANNOT print money.

But we desperately need money. (Can you print money for us?) Humans here says it’s not that easy to print money but we’re hoping you can do it anyway.

We want to build the first Farm animal sanctuary in Slovenia  -  the first rescue and rehabilitation centre of this kind, which would also serve as an educational centre, educating people about the wonderful creatures whom most people consider mere commodities. Our current facility is small, our foster carers are stretched to their limits, and we’re finding ourselves in the heart-breaking situation of having to think twice before deciding to take in new animals in desperate need for care and a good home. They have nowhere else to go, and they depend on us: to injured, neglected, lost, rescued farm animals like chickens, pigs, cows, sheep, ducks, rabbits...animals in need, like we were before we came here and like he was, when we found him, but unfortunately for him it was too late. Rest in peace, dear boy...

We want to save them and enable them to live free for the rest of their lives.We want to give them a chance to speak, and educate people about who they truly are. We will do this step by step. The first and most urgent step is planned for January 2015. We need to buy a larger property . We are looking at regions with low property prices. We cannot make this dream come true on the small rented property where we live at the moment and where the Dream started with 30 of us rescued animals not too long ago. The landlords  and neighbours wouldn’t allow it anyway. But wait. Before you start printing it, we have to give the word to Ksenija. Yes, I know. Do not even try to pronounce that strange Slovenian name, it is strange even for humans around here. It sounds a lot like this: “Xenya” , but I just call her 'oink'. And…. She likes to talk. I mean… she really does like to talk. She will tell you the history of each one of us, going at great lengths to remember every single details...boring..:( I have heard it hundreds of  times. Be patient, please!

If you sponsor him, he will do his best to have himself heard regardless of where on the planat you live.. Ahm...not sure that we would love that. But I believe for a donation $40  we can handle even that.

I could promise you that you will also get a menion  in my book. But that's my other project, after the land. First I need land (so poeple won’t stumble over  me when they visit.)

For a  donation of $200 we can buy approx 66 m2 of land. Wow! Can you imagine how rescued chickens could live there? We can promise you that we will give your name to every ten rescued chicken, who will live there. He/she will write you a special e-note every Christmas. 

For a donation of $400  we can buy approx 130 m2 of land. We can give freedom to so many neglected rabbits. We will give your name to every second rabbit. And he will writte to you back every Easter.

For donation of $1000 we will call you (if you don’t mind), and scream into the telephone an invitation to visit us in person and be part of our wonderful story, every year.
