Short Summary
When Gary creates a comic book following the superhero Popcorn Man, he expects praise and glory to come his way. But when he is met with criticism and feedback, he must learn to accept his flaws and grow from them.
Popcorn Man is a story most artists can relate to. Sometimes it is hard to take criticism over a thing you put so much time and effort on, but if you take a step back and grow from it, so will your art.

The Impact
I am so excited to be going back to my home town to film this project. As an artist I felt like that was an imperative part of this project that the story needed. Popcorn Man is about over coming trials in the artistic world and accepting critique instead of letting it destroy you, a message a lot of artists need to hear.
Risks & Challenges
The ongoing threat of the Covid-19 pandemic is still causing issues in the film world. Thankfully our cast and crew are going to be fully vaccinated and be following the Wisconsin Covid Regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
