LOGLINE:
When Edward Taylor, a seasoned journalist, interviews a famous ripperologist he uncovers more than just Jack the ripper's identity.
SUMMARY:
Edward Taylor is an ambitious and brilliant journalist with a taste for the macabre. He is delighted when his editor commissions him to write an article on the infamous Jack the Ripper murders.
Edward is even more thrilled when he learns he will be interviewing one of England’s most famous ripperologists, Eveline Rose.
Edward is sent to Eveline’s cottage in the heart of the English countryside to interview her. During his stay, Eveline reveals a series of fascinating secrets involving the Whitechapel murders. Edward learns that Eveline’s great grandmother ran a guesthouse where Annie Chapman, one of the ripper victims, once stayed.
As the interview progresses, Edward learns new and terrible facts about the case. He also begins to suspect that Eveline is not quite what she seems. A dark and supernatural presence soon begins to make its presence felt in the cottage. In a startling and violent conclusion, Eveline reveals the ripper’s true identity and, in doing so, Edward must fight to save his own life.
There will be scenes shot both in a contemporary and Victorian setting!

Meet the Team!
Writer/Director/Producer
CHRIS SANDERS is an actor, author, producer, and optioned screenwriter.
Chris has written and produced six horror feature films to date. Three of his films landed distribution across multiple VOD platforms. These include Amazon Prime, Tubi TV, The Roku channel, Vudu and many more. His fourth feature, The Haunted Studio, stars Bai Ling from the original Crow movie with Brandon Lee. That will be released August 2023. His fifth horror feature is a folk horror movie called Bring Me A Skin for Dancing In. It stars Vernon Wells from the original Mad Max and Commando movies. That is currently in post-production along with his sixth feature Big Cats which is a found-footage horror movie. Ripper Revealed will be his Seventh feature. He will also take one of the leading acting roles in the film.
As an author, Chris’s first novel The Thief’s Son became a Kindle bestseller in 2012. It was consequently read by Weiwei Si who worked as one of the assistant directors on Skyfall the James Bond film. They became friends and collaborated on a screenplay about the World War two spy Robert Van Gulik.
Chris then went on to play twin gangsters in the independent thriller Agent Kelly which was shot in Andalucía, Spain in 2017 with Raya films.
