Short Summary
The Euro-Persian Art Organization is a non-profit, non-religious, non-political organization with a primary focus on music.
We create a cultural connection between western culture and pre-Islamic Persian cultural heritage by organizing diverse art activities and educational programs focused on intercultural communication and intercultural awareness. We build a cultural bridge between the past and the present, a musical and cultural dialogue between the West and ancient Persia. We combine well-known existing western classical music with authentic traditional Persian music, alongside new compositions and new arrangements in one concert within the genre of classical music. Within this organization, we have gathered two separate groups which contain high-quality international musicians together, under the titles Euro-Persian Art Ensemble and Euro-Persian Pop Band.
The instrumental setting of the Euro-Persian Art Ensemble includes traditional Persian instruments in addition to Western classical instruments. This gives an extra charm and color, a new experience within the realm of classical music. Euro-Persian Art Ensemble is NOT a world music ensemble, neither is it a fusion or a traditional Persian ensemble, rather we aim to provide a unique contribution to the classical world. Next to the Euro-Persian Art Ensemble, the Euro-Persian Pop Band performs popular music.
We encourage our composers/artists in residence to write music that showcases the best that western and Persian traditions have to offer. This combination of western classical music and contemporary classical music alongside traditional Persian musical elements will open many new possibilities and experiences. These include new instrumentations, new colors, new harmony, new counterpoint, and a new sound!
Contemporary music creations with the past as a source of inspiration stand alongside innovation, Education, workshops, literature, history, poetry, conferences, and musical performances. We believe in bringing these elements together to forge cultural links and promote our shared values and our shared humanity rather than our differences.
Concretely, we will organize concerts, music lessons for children and adults, masterclasses, workshops, art/history lectures, children/adult choirs, and music seminars. We also provide professional music services.
By employing art as a platform for cooperation, dialogue, and education, we aim to deepen our mutual understanding and respect.
We believe that this collaboration will have great value in society, and we are very motivated to bring our art to the public.

What We Need
1) To cover the essential start-up costs. These costs are estimated at a minimum of approximately 7,000 € including:
payments for a lawyer, logo designer, website creation, copy-writer (text improvement for the website), translation for the texts to other languages (FR, NL, DE), website photography, insurance & bank account, basic office equipment software(s), external hard disk and a powerful computer.
2) We also need to organize and perform a concert for you to enjoy: estimated at approximately 44,000 € including:
renting rehearsal areas, paying musicians/singers for 3 or 4 rehearsals and the concert, paying for a sound system, paying 1 new arrangement, commission 2 new composition, paying 2 transcriptions and music engraving, renting a concert hall, advertisement/marketing, security for the event, Unisono licenses for the live concert, insurance for the concert and buying scores and parts. In addition, the funding will go towards promoting our organization and our first project, paying an executive director, manager, and other personnel who run the project, transport and hotel (some of our artists will be coming from Germany, France, and Austria), designer for a flyer, poster, booklet, Print, copy-write (text improvement for our social media and marketing in different languages. (NL, FR, EN), buying food and drinks during rehearsals and concert days, Paying art historian for a speech, Working with children choir.
3) In addition we want to record a high-quality audio/video of the performance of our ensembles, estimated at around 6000 €
Thus in total, we need 57,000 €

Gold VIP, If you can support our organization (≥200€), you will be entitled to 2 VIP tickets in the best location of the concert hall for our concert and you will receive 4 beverages. You will also be able to meet our musicians and artists after the concert backstage. (If we reach our goal, our backers will receive a DVD/CD or a high-quality digital link to the concert).
Silver VIP, If you can support our organization (≥100€), you will be entitled to 1 VIP ticket in the best location of the concert hall for our concert and you will receive 2 beverages. You will also be able to meet our musicians and artists after the concert backstage. (If we reach our goal, our backers will receive a private high-quality YouTube link 30 days prior to publication).
Orange VIP, If you can support our organization (≥80€), you will be entitled to 1 VIP ticket in a good location of the concert hall for our concert and you will receive 1 beverage. You will also be able to meet our musicians and artists after the concert backstage. (If we reach our goal, our backers will receive a high-quality YouTube link on the day of public publication).
Black VIP, If you support our organization (≥60€), you will be entitled to 1 VIP ticket in a good location of the concert hall for our concert and you will receive 1 beverage. (If we reach our goal, our backers will receive a high-quality YouTube link on the day of public publication.
Pre-sell tickets category A, including 1 ticket in the middle row seats (45€)
Pre-sell tickets category B, including 1 ticket in the last row seats (40€)
Pre-sell tickets category C, including 1 ticket in the side row seats (35€)
Pre-sell tickets category D, including 1 ticket in the last side row seats (30€)
Pre-sell tickets for our after-party on the "Opening Day" (15€): even if you are not a fan of art/classical music, you are still welcome to our "Opening Day party"! This ticket will only gain you access to the after-party itself (not the concert) to celebrate the opening day of our organization.

The excess revenue after ticket sales will be used to organize a second concert.
If we do not reach our goal, after paying the essential start-up costs, the remaining funding will go towards future projects for the organization.
Risks & Challenges
Our biggest challenge will be signing the contract for the venue. Your support is vital for overcoming these challenges.
