To Keep IndyLive on the road for the next 4 months we need to secure the services of our fulltime coordinator / programmer.
This will also allow us to keep on covering great events with
Livestream and to expand what we are doing and to bring in more
livestreamers and viewers :
- Keep on broadcasting events with over 450 so far and counting...
- Expand our Team and Train Livestreamers...
- Develop user friendly apps, to expand our viewer base & allow people to easily connect to other online Scottish resources...
APP DEVELOPMENT TEAM
Following on from the experience gained from the creation of the Indy Live Android App, we aim to re-design and build a brand new super App called "Indy Live Explore" that we will develop for both Android and iOS.
This simple to use App will include not only our Indy Live functions but also the facility to view the content of the many feeds produced by pro-indy individuals, groups, political and media (online * newspaper/magazine) in Scotland. You will be able to explore articles, videos and podcasts from one place on your mobile or tablet.
We currently have 4 programmers with Indy Live and we are looking for more App Android and iOS developers & (especially) designers to get involved so if you know anybody please tell them to get in touch.
BUILDING THE GROUP & EDUCATING LIVESTREAMERS
In addition to bringing you more livestreams from Scotland and Skype livestreams from around the world, we are continuing to develop our livestreaming group around Scotland and have setup 5 gateway Facebook Groups.
The purpose of these gateway groups is to educate individuals and groups on livestreaming and for them to be able to connect with people:

THE CROWDFUNDER
Most of the money raised from the crowdfunder will go to our full time coordinator (and programmer) to keep them with us for another 4 months. Some of the crowdfunder (about £100) will go to our Indy Live person in Spain to cover hotel & travel costs so they can cover Catalan election on the 27th which will be our 6th livestream covering Catalan and their struggle for independence. In addition we are looking to put £200 aside for sound equipment.
Independence Live has produced over 470+ livestreams all for FREE... We have also setup events and produce videos.
