A little introduction...
Hello! I am Bonnie - the 'B' in Sweet B's. Food is my passion, specifically when it comes to sweets. I am trained (Georgian College Culinary - shout out!) and well versed in all that is sweet. I have been running a dessert catering business based out of Bradford through the use of rented kitchen space. The time has come where Sweet B's needs a space to call its own! I have grown up in Bradford and am very proud to call it home. Opening this shop anywhere else is not an option.

Where your money will go...
The location has been picked, the layout has been designed, the contractors have been hired, the menu is made and the recipes are perfected...but I'm a little short when it comes to what I need to get the doors open. That's where you come in.
My goal is $10,000 which would be used to renovate and construct my chosen space (which is right in the heart of Bradford) to turn it into a bakeshop specializing in cakes, cupcakes, candies and all sorts of unique homemade desserts. The design itself is very open concept allowing our customers to take part in the experience of witnessing handcrafted sweets made right before your eyes. Even the front window will be transformed into a decorating area. Sweet B's will be not just a bakeshop, it will be an experience for the whole family to enjoy.
What you'll get...
Who doesn't like a sweet treat? Check out the 'perks' section to see what each donation level will entitle you to receive. The lowest level is $5, which will get you a free cupcake at our Grand Opening celebration. The highest level is $500, which would include ALL of the lower level perks as well as the opportunity to have us raise money for a charity of your choice, This particular incentive is an extension of the 'Cakes for a Cause' program we ran in December 2014, where a Sweet B's speciality cake was auctioned off with 100% of the proceeds going to a local charity (see below, an example of the cake I auctioned off for the MS Society). Programs like 'Cakes for a Cause' are very important to me and I look forward to having the means to do even more for the community.

How can we make this happen?
My Facebook page www.facebook.com/SweetBs.confectionery is the best place to see what Sweet B's is up to - promotions, photos, events. I have a very supportive online fan base, and am pleading for help from those people - YOU! In fact, if each person who 'likes' my Facebook page were to donate $20 (in exchange for 1/2 dozen cupcakes at my Grand Opening celebration! see the 'perks'...) I would not only meet my goal - I would greatly surpass it.
No money? No problem...
If you can't donate anything to my campaign, I completely understand. All I ask is you share this campain with your friends, family, coworkers...anyone! Any little bit of support helps, monetary or otherwise and I appreciate every last ounce of it.
Thank you, thank you..THANK YOU!
I am forever grateful for the help, support and kind words coming in. I could not do it without you. Thank you for helping this dream come true, for myself and my family.
P.S. Here is a little slideshow of some of my work... enjoy!
