What is TreeSisters?
Imagine a reforestation
revolution ignited by the shared creativity and courage of a global network of
millions of women - and you are sharing our vision. We aim to help reforest the
tropics within 10 years by engaging the unique feminine consciousness, gifts
and leadership of women everywhere and focusing it towards that goal.

To go to the next level we
need to build a state of the art online platform and several short films to
activate the ingenuity and generosity of the global community to help normalize
monthly giving to trees. To do that we need your help.
The new site will underpin both the social mobilization and practical delivery
of our shared ecological impact year by year - eg: 100,000 trees/month by the
end of 2016 - which we do by channeling donations into a diverse portfolio of
existing tropical tree-planting organizations who we partner with.
We have funded 27,400 trees to date and with your support we
can grow this exponentially.

Who are we?
We are a nature-based women’s organisation focusing upon the vast reservoir of feminine capacities that are ready to be unleashed into our world to reinstate a global culture of ecological responsibility and care.
We produce online feminine wisdom courses and co-create reforestation funding campaigns. Our courses plug women back into personal power and nature connectedness - inspiring them to make giving back to nature (by funding trees) core to their lives.
We are a registered UK based charity composed of a growing international team of social entrepreneurs, cultural creatives and volunteers, led by an experienced Board of Trustees.
We believe women across the globe are dreaming the same dream: a thriving planet for our children’s children to call home.
We have over 78,000 followers, 3,650 members and 475 monthly donors

TreeSisters is a twin tree. One trunk embodies our
mission to help reforest the Tropics and the other trunk embodies our mission
to awaken and call forth women’s nature-based feminine leadership as the means
by which we bring balance back to our planet. The two trunks share a common
root system. For us, women and trees are indivisible.

Why we need your help
It's time to to activate our existing network and call in millions of new treesisters to take shared ownership of our mission. Your donation will fund the development of our new, interactive, online community platform - the crucial beating heart of the global network - and catalyze the growth of this movement.
There are many components to the campaign that need to be designed and created ready to launch next Spring (see detailed breakdown below) that you are supporting us to deliver, including the vital marketing campaign and several short films that articulate our reforestation strategy, unique cosmology, mission and vision.

We are working with an award winning technology team called 'Nameless' to design a new system robust enough to manage the increased volume of members, donors, course participants and traffic to tree campaigns needed to achieve the scale of visibility and network growth required to deliver our mission. This includes new levels of interactivity, community capacity and the mapping technologies needed to catalyze creative cross pollination, direct action and local planting throughout the network.
User Experience ~ designing the seamless navigation of our offerings: $4,800
