WALPURGIS NIGHT IS A DISTURBING WOLFMAN FILM SET IN 1972-

A wealthy couple recently visiting Baliavasta Transylvania soon become involved with a man (Waldemar Daninsky) who desperately seeks a cure to his lycanthropy. The grandson of Dr. Jekyll just may have that remedy Waldemar has been searching for..

We want to keep the film a truly haunting mood , similar to films like "The Witch" (2015) "Hereditary" (2018) and "Sleepy Hollow" (1999)

We are not here to make a fan film or a tribute film. We want to expand ideas and bring a new audience to the classic werewolf pictures .

We don't want to just make a scary werewolf film. We want to make GREAT film in general!

MEET PAUL NASCHY

I have been infatuated with the art of special effects makeup since the age of five, and creatures helped fuel that fascination. But there was only one man or (wolf-man) that mainly caught my eye.

His name was Jacinto Molina Álvarez OR better known for his stage name Paul Naschy. I watched his films on poorly edited and dubbed VHS tapes in awe-- of the snarling hairy beast with flesh hanging from his fangs. .

As I got older I learned more about this man. Not only did he play the Werewolf in more than TWELVE films from the 1960's-2000's

He is the only man to play DRACULA, FRANKENSTEIN'S MONSTER, THE MUMMY,  MR. HYDE, THE HUNCHBACK, FU-MANCHU, SATAN, and many more! He sadly passed away in 2009, leaving a legacy of over 120 films behind him, making him a true film legend.

We want to bring his character "WALDEMAR DANINSKY" and make something original, new, and horrifying. 

MEET THE CAST/CREW (so far..)

Shane Ronzio will be playing our lead Daninsky/The Werewolf

Matthew Stallings will be playing the great grandson on Dr. Henry Jekyll.

Michael Nicle will be on board as our DP. Creating the most horrifying images possible.

Andrew Scott Bell is going to be creating a truly haunting score for the film. Example of his work here:

Back in 2017 we made the short film: The Legend of El Hombre Lobo. A 40 minute tribute to Paul Naschy. It premiered in Spain at the Nocturna Madrid Film Festival in 2018. Along with receiving over 600,000 views on Youtube.
