Първоначалната цел е постигната. Хвала на всички откликнали на нашия зов! С общи усилия преизпълнихме петилетката за три години. Остават още десетина дена от кампанията, като всички оферти остават. Няма нужда да спирате дотук, има още място в сърцата ни. Поставяме си нова цел от $10000, а с парите в повече ще скалъпим малка лаборатория за допълнителни тестове, за да сме сигурни, че маята ще бъде здрава и щастлива и ще си върши работата по най-добрия начин.
В начaлото бе... бирата?!?
Подбуден от любовта си към пивото и интереса си към нови и нестандартни усещания, нашият бъдещ главен пивовар се сблъска с домашната бира. Малко по малко събра нужното оборудване и започна да твори около казаните, които с времето ставаха по-големи, за да успеят да задоволят жадните. С помощта на Асоциацията на домашните пивовари, пивото му стигна и до международни конкурси, където започна да печели награди и признания. И така в стремежа си да популяризираме крафт пивото и желанието ни то да стигне до повече зажаднели хора, се роди идеята за "Трима и двама".
Какво, кои и колко са "Трима и двама"?
Противно на очакванията "Трима и двама" не са петима. Всъщност сме само двамина, двама дългогодишни приятели и любители на домашната бира. В подножието на "Сините камъни" с взаимни усилия и с помощта на верни приятели започнахме да градим малка крафт пивоварна. И ето ни днес - почти завършили нашата мечта. Почти...
За какво са ни вашите пари и какви рискове се крият под камъните сини?
За последната година постигнахме доста: получихме разрешителни и лицензи, събрахме оборудване, приведохме в приятен вид помещенията, донатъкмихме рецептите. Нормално е да се питате за какво аджеба са ни вашите средства. И колкото тъжно да е за нас, няма да вдигнем банкет с тях... ще се наложи да ги вложим в довършване и допълване на оборудването, за да гарантираме, че бирата ще стига до вас в оптимално състояние. А за да може някак си да стигне, ще са ни нужни суровини, бутилки и кегове.
Нагазихме доста надълбоко и можем да ви обещаем само едно нещо, няма да се откажем сега. Парите ви ще отидат в проект, който е близо до това да се осъществи и ще го бъде. Каквито и препядствия да има още пред нас, ще ги прескочим и то без да си разлеем бирата.

In the beginning was... The Beer ?!?
Inspired by his affection to beer and his interest in new and extraordinary sensations our future head brewer encountered homebrewed beer. Step by step he collected some equipment and started creating around the pots, which with time became bigger to satisfy the thirsty ones. With the help of Bulgarian homebrewers association his brews made it to international competitions, where it started winning awards and acknowledgements. In our pursuit to popularize craft beer and our desire more thirsty people to get to it, the idea of “Trima I dvama” was born.
What, who and how many are “Trima i dvama” / ”Three and two”?
Against all expectation “Three and two” aren't five. Actually there are only two of us, two friends of many years - fans of homemade and craft beer. At the foot of “Sinite Kamani (The Blue Stones) ” near Sliven, Bulgaria with mutual efforts and with help of loyal friends we started building little craft brewery. And here we are today – almost finished our dream. Almost...
Why do we need your money and what risks are out there?
We've accomplished a lot in the last year: got permissions and licences, gathered eqiupment, made our premises look nice, polished up our recipes. Now you ask why the hell do we need your money. To our regret we won't throw a banquet... we'll have to invest them in finishing and rounding up our equipment, so we can guarantee that the beer gets to you in it's peak condition. And to get it to you we'll also need raw materials, bottles and kegs.
We've already got into the deep and the only sure thing is, that we won't back off now. Your money will get in a project that will soon be put into practice, sooner with your help. We will jump over any obstacle that get's in our way without spilling our beer.
