Beacon is an immersive art and dance bar opening in Denver, Colorado.

Important note: We had to create new perks, which reset the purchase count. As of 12/10/21 there are only around 40 tickets to the Human Experience and 80 tickets to Alex cruz still available.

Our vision is to provide a community hub - a place of instinctual return where you can find and be surrounded by your people. Our wildly immersive spaces are designed to catalyze connecting and engaging moments with the intention to check in, not check out.

Inspired by our experiences at festivals and in cities like Tulum and Tokyo, Beacon is entirely artist-created. Our events are intentionally curated to create more authentic interaction, so that magic is always just around the corner.

Meet the Founders

Our names are Robert Champion and Mario Nocifera, and we're experienced event curators and community gatherers. We are opening Beacon in the heart of Denver’s RiNo Arts District, right at 29th and Larimer St. 

When we found community, our life trajectories changed. We found a true sense of belonging, experienced high degrees of personal growth, and have been living more meaningful, fun and fulfilling lives ever since. 

We believe that human connection is needed now more than ever, which is why we are focusing on creating cozy spaces that inspire more conversation as well as inclusive, high-vibe dance parties that will encourage you and fellow guests to celebrate your most authentic selves.

Fundraising 

We’ve got Beacon close to the finish line through self-funding and outside investment, however, we need at least an additional $50k to complete the build out. $20k will go toward paying local artists to complete the immersive art spaces and $30k will fund our state-of-the-art Traction Sound system. Any extra funding will go toward purchasing our own much needed CDJs.

We are offering awesome perks at discounted rates, including tickets to our two Grand Opening Parties (Human Experience Dec 3rd; Alex Cruz Dec 4th), art room rentals, Beacoin (Beacon currency!) and more surprises that will bring you into the Beacon ethos.

Impact

Society is starved for meaningful spaces to connect. We are too often presented with social environments where little value is placed on relationship building and creative expression. With Beacon, we have the opportunity to build a space that reflects the unique nature of a diverse and creative community; a space that fosters meaningful connection. 

Building a bar is often met with challenges. Unforeseen construction costs have threatened our artists’ budget, so we are asking for your help.
