What has happened since the last crowdfunding?
We tasted our first Comic Con experience at SciFi Wales back at the start of September,

We moved on from this and have just finished a successful 6 day shoot at Black Hangar Studios in Hampshire and are now looking to complete the film. We want to get it out to festivals and hopefully on the runway to a feature length adventure.
But in order to do that, we need your help!
The crowdfunding for this project was always a 2 phase affair. With the film shot and in the can we now need to raise funds for post production.
WELCOME ON BOARD NEW CREW
To assist with the Dead Air post production, we've brought on some amazing crew!

What We Need & What You Get
All of these exciting new artists have been assembled, along with those already on board to be able to do the following:

(Photography by Scott Chalmers http://www.scottchalmers.co.uk/about.html)
Edit, grade and sfx - while the film incorporates practical Fx and puppetry we do need to finish off the film with a touch of sfx magic to tidy up the edges.
Miniatures - our plane in flight needs to be conceived and shot as a miniature. None of this cgi plane malarky!
Music - in order to pay our musicians, not only our composer, but our artists who are helping bring the film to life
Cut scene - we need to shoot one final scene for Dead Air to be complete. This involves an ice cream - in the middle of November!
Voice actors - while our creatures don’t talk, they do have a language and that language needs to be recorded to bring our ‘Daves’ to life.
Hollywood Genre Icon - However, this is where a BIG but comes in, if we don’t hit our post production goal, we will not have our Hollywood genre star on board.
Festivals - while getting the film in the can and getting it edited is great, if no one sees it it’s all for nought. A festival run will hopefully get us in front of people that’ll want to see it and hopefully want to help us make it bigger and more feature film like!
We have some new perks on offer including

The Singer (Charlie Bond) special make up face in a frame.
