Short Summary
Brandon Simpson also known as Jazzy, is the owner of Jazzy B’s Diner, mobile food truck and catering and has always been intrigued by the culinary experience. After leaving college, he was hired as the manager of a local restaurant which allowed him to gain the experience to launch his food truck in 2010. The food truck offered a less expensive way to introduce the metro to his mouthwatering creations and sauces made from scratch and creative approach to food. This allowed him to further his dream while providing for his family. Simpson worked hard the first few years to build the Jazzy B’s brand and generate revenue through catering and food truck events. Brandon, (AKA Jazzy) quickly established himself as a successful businessman and entrepreneur throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. He is the co-founder of the Kansas City Food Truck Association (KCFTA), participated in panel discussions as it relates to laws concerning food trucks in the metro area, collaborated with Kansas City Mid-Continent Library to launch "The Business of Food Trucks", taught several training classes on "How to start a food truck" to those aspiring to own a food truck , participated in cooking competitions which aired on the Food Network and the Food Channel. In 2016, Simpson opened Jazzy B's Diner.

This campaign is important as it will help provide the funding necessary to acquire a larger venue, and offer an expanded menu.

We have secured 250k for the purchase of the building. We need your help to raise another 250k for renovations and equipment.
it will offer a better atmosphere and provide more menu options, live music and entertainment where it will continue to be an environment where people gather to have open conversations, meet new and old friends while continuing to enjoy good food.
