We started Pursuit OCR three years ago as a place for people who like to laugh while they sweat together and play. Like a lot of you, We were tired of gyms and feeling like exercise had to be soooo serious. So we took all the best parts of the playground and brought it indoors so you can run and climb and crawl all year round. We wanted to create a space that was inclusive and felt like you could really cheer on the people around you. Accessible year-round, rain or shine, Pursuit OCR became the place for people of all fitness levels - from the hardcore racer to the group of friends looking for a new way to work up a sweat before beer and wings.

Not only did we build a space to get fit, but we also created a unique hub for the community. Because of you we were able to provide free space for artists, film makers and musicians. Over the course of two and half years we were able to donate over $80,000 back to community charitable organizations and education efforts. That was all thanks to you and your visits!

Which brings us to our big move: tragically the building we called home was demolished to make way for condos and we were forced to close our doors in our old neighborhood. Not gonna lie, it was pretty rough news to get and a challenge as a small new business.
But at Pursuit we specialize in overcoming obstacles and thats what we're going to do.
The Good news?  We've got a new home and its even bigger and better than before! It's three times bigger and twice as high inside and that means so much more room for activities!

Pursuit is going all out this time: We've designed it to be more accessible to everyone. We're creating all new obstacles and challenges for more levels of fitness from beginner to elite. Our ballpit is over four times bigger! And we're adding all the things you've been asking for like salmon ladders and a higher three level warp wall. We'll still have our awesome Nerf Wars and our Lightsaber battles. We even have parking now! 

We're working hard to blow your minds on this one! 

Brand new to everywhere,  we've designed a totally amazing race track with pedal powered drift trikes! So you can jump on one of these trikes and race your friends around like real live Mario Kart that threads under and through our obstacle course. The best part is that it's totally accessible, so if you have a wheeled mobility device you can jump in on the race!

We need your help to fund the building of these new things and get open sooner so you can get playing faster! By reaching our goals we can make this place the kind of place that our childhood selves would lose their minds over. Every dollar we get is going right into construction and purchasing all the parts we need to get you to the starting line. We already have the space and the team. We've got designs in hand and we're ready to build. The better our campaign goes the faster we are able to get open and welcome you back in for your and your friends, your birthdays, team events and date nights.

There are a lot gyms out there, but there isn't a of places like Pursuit OCR. It's not just for fitness enthusiasts looking for an alternative workout, it's also a place where you can really engage with people. We pride ourselves on being a non judgmental inclusive space and that's not just lip service. We want to show that you can build a space that is considerate of all identities and abilities  in the fitness community and one that gives back to those communities as well. 
So many of you have come through  and shared your life celebrations, first dates, birthdays and conquered things that you weren't even sure you could. We're proud to have watched you run up that warp wall while people cheered you on, We laughed with you as you splashed down in our ballpit and won our nerf wars.
Our first home was a great example of what can happen when great people join in on a great idea. We've loved being a home to all that and we're excited to continue on that path with you and provide you with the space to shine.
