The "cake" you are buying from our campaign is actually life saving food. And, thanks to your generosity, the child will get to celebrate his or her next birthday!

The 3 Million Club is a sustainable non-profit organization that is revolutionizing the way people support, deliver and receive life-saving humanitarian aid. 

You know how easy it is to order something from Amazon.com or a taxi from phone with Uber? Well, we’re making it just as easy to save a life—in just a few clicks of your mouse or swipes of your screen. How?

We’ve built a platform that works just like an e-commerce shop, only instead of directly delivering products to your doorstep, it directly delivers life-saving products to those in need on your behalf. And the entirety of your purchase goes to helping those in need. For example, when you purchase therapeutic food for malnourished children through our platform, no one takes a cut of your purchase—not the manufacturer of the food, not the local charity administering it, and not us. 

And just like any online order, you can track the journey of your life-saving purchase. Even better, you can stay updated on the progress of those whose lives you saved.

What We Need & What You Get

We saved 1,700 children in Haiti in just six months' time with only $102,000. If you do the math, that means it cost only $60 to save each child. 

This holiday season, we are partnering with a local charity called Real Hope for Haiti to save the lives of 300 more children who they are treating for malnourishment.    

Here's the math broken down:

• $60 = A 3-month supply of therapeutic food needed to save one child
• 300 = The number of children in Haiti we need to save
• $60 X 300 = $18,000, which you'll help us raise!

The Impact

We are privileged to have already seen a life-changing impact on the children we've saved in Haiti. Thanks to our supporters who purchased therapeutic food, a whopping 1,700 near-death children were nourished back to health. 

Facts and figures:

• Nearly 3 million children under age five suffer from life-threatening malnutrition. (That's why we're call the "3 Million Club").
• It takes only 3-months of food treatment for the children to recover
• The 3-month course of food treatment only costs $60
• When you purchase food from our campaign, it is produced locally, which stimulated Haiti's economy in addition to saving the children.
• Your purchase also helps empower our local charity partner, Real Hope for Haiti, which knows the community better than any large, international NGO

Challenges with Traditional aid 

• It’s Unsustainable - Reliant on foreign delivery and funding. 
• It’s Insufficient - In 2013 Foreign aid failed to reach 1/3 of people in need.
• It’s Wasteful - Intermediates take cuts until little is left for those in need.
• It’s Unaccountable - In 2012,  data on 30% of humanitarian funding was missing/unaccounted for.

3MC's Challenges 

We face our own unique challenges, but we are transparent about them. Our biggest challenge is to continue to improve and scale our platform, which allows you to purchase life-saving products in a few simple clicks of your mouse or swipes of your screen. However, we have entrepreneurial agnels who are helping us meet this challenge financially. 

Meanwhile, 100% of the spending on our platform goes to the purchase of life-saving products. That's why you can have the peace of mind knowing that when you purchase therapeutic food through our campaign, each dollar is going to feed malnourished children.
