Seattle needs City Arts.
City Arts needs YOU.
Our city is changing fast, creating many challenges for the local creative community. Yet, even as the media landscape faces challenges of its own and local arts coverage is waning, City Arts is gearing up to grow by remaking the model for arts media. In the months ahead, we’ll be leaving the nest of our parent company and rolling out all sorts of new content and experiences. But we can’t do it without your help!
What’s coming with the NEW City Arts?
- All of the features, interviews, photos, columns and reviews you know and love, still free to the public both in print and online.
- An expanded digital platform, with more stories and voices covering the local scene, plus video, podcasts, an interactive calendar and more.
- A suite of new parties and events, large and small, focused on a variety of creative disciplines, in addition to our existing events.
- Additional partnerships with businesses to help grow the base of support for local artists.
- Corporate membership program that to creates stronger connections between businesses and the arts.

In order to manifest our independence, we need you, our community, to support us by becoming Founding Members of the NEW City Arts. You’ll not only be supporting us during a critical time of transition, you’ll also be seeding the ongoing, regular membership program that we plan to launch in the fall.
What Members Get
- Home delivery of the monthly print magazine
- Exclusive access to additional special digital content beyond the magazine
- Special invitations to arts and entertainment events throughout the region
As a Founding Member, you also get exclusive perks that are part of this one-time-only campaign: custom swag, VIP experiences and ongoing recognition, in print and online.
