In WORLDS, a documentary film crew seeks to uncover the hidden truth behind an anonymous stalker. They ultimately discover that the man's mysterious past might be too much for mortal minds to handle. Initially presented as a true crime documentary, the uncanny behavior recorded on camera becomes too otherworldly to simply write off. Something unseen and unknowable is lurking beyond the lens in this horror documentary.

A Note from the Director: My name is Chris Hammarberg, the writer and director of WORLDS. In case you can't tell, I love found footage horror. Some of my favorite films of all time are bone-chilling found footage and docu-horror films like Lake Mungo, Noroi: The Curse, and The Blair Witch Project. A great found footage movie can immerse you in the world of the film like nothing else, and deliver some of the most unnerving, eerie moments in horror. This style of horror can craft uncanny images that stay with you long after the credits roll. I love when the tension of a terrifying scene isn't cut by a jump scare and a jolt in your seat, but drops to the pit of your stomach when it doesn't let up. Those haunting moments are what I want to create in WORLDS, and I need your help!
As a filmmaker, found footage is a genre that gives you a lot of bang for your buck. Every bit that is contributed to this project will manifest in the form of talented actors, skilled crew members, and horrifying moments caught on camera. With your help, we can make WORLDS a reality and deliver a spooky experience that you won't forget!

The Director - Chris Hammarberg
Some folks on the internet know me as the creator of Dark Harvest — a found footage horror web series with a story that spans a decade. I'm also one of the founding members of Ritterhaus Productions, an indie studio with two shorts and a feature film under its belt. I served as the 1st Assistant Director on our feature, Lillith, (viewable on Amazon Prime, Tubi) as well as our upcoming short film Diviner. I've gained experience in both the creative and technical aspects of filmmaking over the years, and I'm so excited and grateful to have a chance to helm a project of my own.

We have the crew, the equipment and the casting has begun. The only missing ingredient is you! With your help, we can fund the remaining expenses that are required to bring this film to life (talent, props, wardrobe, craft services, etc) In the end, we intend to produce a 20 - 30 minute horror film that will then travel the festival circuit. But if you are a contributor to this campaign, you will have an opportunity to see this film as soon as it's completed! Along with signed posters, that's just one of the many cool perks that we are offering to the folks who will make this nightmare come true.
Spread the word, so we can bring WORLDS to our world!
