Funds will provide the base for our dream to completely assemble the highest quality ice fishing rig in Alaska. The design is tested and proven and provides "ooohs" and "aaahs" by whoever has seen it in action. The first wooden versions were refined to a completely acceptable standard however, the latest prototype incorporates state of the art HDPE (similar to a cutting board) providing a product that will last many years.

A summer conversion kit is also envisioned and prototyped to provide a summer alternative to a winter sport that has hundreds of tournaments the largest of which exceeds over 150,000 participants! A majority if the demographic will purchase several of the products putting our potential market in excess of a potential of 35 million units! More importantly we believe that once the products quality is seen, the "brand" will become a trusted industry leader representing quality of the highest standard.
