Kory Sgrignoli Jr.--CoFounder & President
Kory
has leadership and managerial experiences from previous endeavors including
founder & president of a National Society of Leadership and Success and director of Golden Key International Honors Society. He has had internships for the University of Florida, The Trademark Company and the
United States Congress. Kory has earned an Associate’s
Degree in Accounting from Santa Fe College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Food and
Resource Economics from the University of Florida, and is currently in his 3rd
year of law school, seeking his Juris Doctorate.
Gloria Squartino--CoFounder & CEO
Gloria
has previous business experience, managing her husband’s welding company for over
20 years. Throughout this experience, Gloria has formed endless vendor relationships and industry knowledge. At times, she had several
employees working under her husband, but the economic downturn halted the
construction market, hitting the industry particularly hard. However, the welding company still operates
today. This has taught Gloria to crawl
before walking and to assess risk in all areas of the business.
