Hello Friends and Family of Vince Hannay

My name is Rachel Sanchez and I am a friend of Vince and his Mother Lynne. It has been amazing to see how many people have come together to show their love and support during this difficult time.

As most of you know, Vince was in a plane crash on Monday August 13th and is currently in critical condition in Kelowna. His mother Lynne, along with other close friends and family have been tirelessly at his side while he goes through his surgeries and remains in induced coma.

What We Need 

We are hoping to raise $10000 dollars for Lynne and Vincent. This money will go towards any expenses incurred by this tragic event including but not limited to Lynne's travel and accommodation to Kelowna, costs related to Vincent's care and recovery as well as any other specific needs Vincent and his family may have.

The Impact

Sadly, I know all too well the emotional, financial and psychological impact a tragedy of this magnitude can have on a person and their family. Vincent was a very close friend of my husband who passed away in a motor vehicle accident in 2006. My brother who was also in the accident, was placed in critical condition and spent weeks in hospital. I was fortunate to have people like Lynne and Vincent during this time as they both made substantial efforts to support our families and help my brother pull through.

By providing some financial support for Vincent, it will allow Lynne and the rest of Vincent's family to focus more on what matters the most - helping Vincent get better.
