A cosa sono destinati i fondiPer realizzare il progetto Utopia e la casa editrice che ne deriverà, Upper Comics, sono necessari dei fondi.
L'obiettivo a cui puntiamo è di 19mila euro, questa somma servirà per sostenere il lavoro degli autori che hanno creduto nel progetto e hanno messo a disposizione le loro storie basandosi sulla loro fiducia nei miei confronti. Servirà per sostenere il loro spirito creativo e la loro voglia di mettersi in gioco!
La restante parte dei ricavati servirà per produrre e distribuire i perk per ringraziarvi, per le spedizioni e le tasse.

Utopia è un progetto ambizioso, lo sappiamo, ma anche per questo è importante riuscire a renderlo reale.
Grazie ad esso contribuirete allo sviluppo di più di 10 storie a fumetti inedite, ognuna delle quali potrà coinvolgervi emotivamente ed appassionarvi.

Nel contempo riuscirete a finanziare gli artisti coinvolti ed il nostro sogno, rendendovi anche voi partecipi della creazione e lo sviluppo delle nostre storie, della nascita della nostra Utopia!
Il nostro obiettivo è la divulgazione, in Italia e nel mondo, del più alto numero possibile di storie a fumetti, tutte diverse tra loro, per stile di disegno e scrittura, sempre nuove e mai banali, che possano coinvolgere il pubblico e trasportarlo in nuovi universi narrativi.
Il nostro scopo è pubblicare mensilmente dieci storie a fumetti, e tramite un piccolo abbonamento mensile far si che chiunque possa leggere le nostre serializzazioni ovunque si trovi.
Vogliamo appassionare il mondo intero con la nostra Utopia!
L'idea per la realizzazione del progetto Utopia si basa sulla voglia costante, che ognuno di noi prova da quando ha iniziato il proprio percorso come fumettista, di rendere il nostro paese un luogo dove chiunque può sviluppare le proprie passioni, crescere con esse e farle diventare il lavoro dei propri sogni.

Vogliamo dimostrare al mondo intero che i nostri autori, e le loro storie a fumetti, non hanno nulla da invidiare al resto del mondo, che la nostra Utopia è possibile, basta solo appassionare chi legge. Questo è un obiettivo che raggiungeremo con la pubblicazione mensile delle nostre storie, che sarà disponibile con un piccolo pagamento mensile da inizio 2017 nella nostra piattaforma di e-commerce.

What is the Utopia project
Hello
everyone. My name is Gaetano, I'm an illustrator, cartoonist and
writer.

I would like to present you my project: The Utopia
Project
At first glance it could resemble a common publishing
plan but in reality it isn’t. Utopia is the most ambitious project that I ever
came up with.
The best idea that my imagination could conceive!
The Utopia Project consists in grouping up
cartoonists, writers and illustrators. Together they want to change the
perspective of art and entertainment in Italy, enriching it with comics that
will display always an high quality content, creating what it could be
effectively be called an Utopia!
In Italy there is actually a large number of
designers, writers, cartoonists and illustrators. It’s hard for most of them to
accomplish their dreams publishing and serializing their own comics because of
how comics and their culture is seen in Italy, preventing them to use their
passion as a job and business.
The Utopia Project was born in 2013 to give an
opportunity to each one of these artists.

Our first priority is, and always will be, to make our
comics easily affordable by anyone so that everyone can appreciate them and
will be interested in them.

Funds: what
will we do with them?
Funds are needed to fulfill the Utopia Project and the
publishing house that will result, UpperComics.
Our goal is 19.000 €, which will be mostly used to
support and reward these authors that chose to believe in me and in my Project
proposing their own stories. I think
that authors should be paid to support and implement their creative spirit and
their desire to be involved.
The remaining will be used on taxes, for shipments and, last but not least, on
perks to thank You that are supporting this Project.

The idea for the birth of the Utopia Project comes from
the constant desire that each one and all the cartoonists of every nation in
the world share: to make their own country a place where anyone can develop
their passions, turning them from mere hobbies to the state of being their “job
of their dreams”.

world that its authors and their comics
can stand on par with those widespread in the world. The way we will show it
will be thanks to our monthly publication that will be available since the
beginning of 2017, at an affordable price, on our e-commerce platform.
