Vinli connects your car to a powerful platform of apps and services, using our small device and your smartphone or computer. 

We’ve got over a dozen apps right now and 100 more on the way. In an accident? Vinli calls 911, not just texts you. Vinli does service diagnostics and scheduling. Our heads-up display is coming soon, to show Vinli apps on your windshield. And again, there’s the WiFi connectivity itself. Because Vinli was conceived as an open platform from the start, there’s just a lot more it can do.

Vinli’s low price of $99 includes built-in GPS, 4G LTE, WiFi hotspot, and advanced reporting capabilities. Optional charges apply for premium apps, services, and data plans.

How much does data cost? 

We are proud to have partnered with T-Mobile as an authorized reseller to provide the fastest WiFi connection available in your car; using their national 4G LTE network. Data costs are pre-paid, which means you won’t have any contracts or monthly fees. The prices are $5.99 for 500MB, $15 for 1GB, and $40 for 3GB. We are currently working with T-Mobile on unlimited and shared family plans, which will be available later this year.

Apps and services will work using Vinli's built-in Bluetooth capabilities while connected to your phone. To ensure data reliability, consistency and responsiveness across Vinli’s apps and services, we highly recommend setting up the minimum $5.99/500MB data service. 

Can I plug in my own SIM Card? 

No, Vinli has an embedded SIM card built in to the device. 

How much do the apps cost? 

Costs will vary, but most will include freemium and paid versions.

Yes, Vinli's Bluetooth capabilities will work outside of the US, with plans to expand LTE connectivity outside the US later this year. 

When will the Vinli app be available for download? 

The Vinli app will be available for download before the product ships in August.

The Vinli device is being manufactured in small batches and we are funding this with revenue. This is NOT a concept nor are we relying on a crowdfunding campaign to build Vinli.

When will Vinli start shipping? 

We will be shipping the first 10,000 devices to our backers in the USA beginning in August on a first-ordered, first-received basis. The next 5,000 devices will ship in September. If you’re outside of the USA, international shipment – we are super excited to report – will begin in October. We will be updating all international backers on delivery dates in August.
