Why Did We Develop GoDJ Plus ?

GoDJ Plus was inspired by the notion of wanting to create DJ equipment that will not be limited by time or location. We simplified and minimized all the functions of DJ equipment so anyone can learn how to DJ. Also we focused on the portability which is a completely new phenomenon in the DJ equipment industry. On GoDJ Plus, our latest model, we added more detailed knobs, launch pads on the hardware as well as powerful built-in speakers in response to popular demand and the customer feedback we have gathered last three years.

Do not limit yourself with music. Let music be you. GoDJ will help you to experience and live music adventurously!

· GoDJ Plus is perfect for anyone who wants a mobile DJ setup. With loud and powerful built-in speakers, you can play your music wherever you want to start a party! This feature also makes practicing a breeze! No longer do you have to spend half of your practice time setting up your gear. GoDJ makes the whole process seamless.

· GoDJ arranges all key components into a slim, A4-sized (smaller than a US standard sheet of paper) casing so that you can DJ anytime, anywhere. Playing at an event or busking on a city street has never been easier.

Now there is no reason to carry any the extra equipment with you. Forget about carrying and installing a laptop, CDJ and speakers. With GoDJ Plus, all your DJ gear fits right in your tiny backpack.

GoDJ provides 16GB internal memory, which is enough for nearly 3200 songs. If that is not enough space, GoDJ Plus has an SD card slot that allows you to play all the songs you want to play.

With GoDJ Plus, you can record and produce your own tracks at home, in the studio, or on-the-go. Recordings will be saved on the internal memory and can be imported to any device.

· GoDJ have tons of performance tools and effects built in to the device. These industry-standard effects include: EQ, Pitch Bend, BPM Analyzer, Hot Cue, Loop, Scratch, RCA Jack, and Mixing Optimization.

EQ: GoDJ has a 3band Equalizer and FX effector. With equalizer function, the 'low', 'middle' and 'high' frequencies of the track can be adjusted. There are two options to control it: knobs and touchscreen. It's also possible to reset these functions to the initial level by pressing the "reset" button on the screen. The volume of audio files can be normalized through gain slider.

Pitch Bend: Pitch Bend enables temporary adjustment of song’s speed. It’s useful to sync two different beats once it’s able to slow down or speed up the tracks.

BPM Analyzer: Whenever a song is input in GoDJ Plus, the equipment will automatically display the frequency (in BPM). In addition, whenever a song is played, its BPM (Beats Per Minute) will be displayed on the screen, working out as a guide for beat matching.

Hot cue: With GoDJ Plus, it’s possible to set up to 4 cue points in a song. DJs can clear and set new cue points whenever they want. Cue Points have the function of marking special points in a song (i.e. song’s peaks).

Q1 - How will it be delivered to my house?

The delivery date will be finalized by this coming September. GoDJ Lite will be delivered around October of 2016 and GoDJ Plus will be delivered around December of 2016. After the campaign, manufacturing will begin. Also our sales manager will contact you individually to finalize the address of the delivery.

Q2 - How much is shipping?

Shipping to the United States, South Korea, China and Japan will cost $15 (USD). Shipping to the countries that are not listedwill cost $30 (USD). In case of shipment to the United States, South Korea, China and Japan will be taken care by domestic ground shipping services. For the remaining countries, the shipment will be take care by international shipping service such as FedEx or DHL.

Q3 - Do you have physical stores?

GoDJ Plus is planning to be launched globally in the first quarter of 2017. We are hoping to sell GoDJ Plus around the end of 2017 and we will announce all the news on our official website and our social media channels.

Q4 - How can I buy the stand for GoDJ or GoDJ Plus?

At the moment we are developing a perfect stand for GoDJ Plus, which will be sold globally. If you are looking for a stand immediately, laptop stands can be used as a stand for GoDJ Plus.

Q5 - How can I buy cases for GoDJ Lite or GoDJ Plus?

A hard case for GoDJ Lite is available on our official website monstergodj.com or Amazon.com. A case for GoDJ Plus is still on manufacturing process and will be sold on various channels when the product is ready.

Q6 –How long is the warranty of GoDJ?

Global warranty of GoDJ is one year starting on the day of delivery.

Q7 – How can I choose the color of GoDJ that I want to order?

GoDJ Plus is available in two colors, BLACK and SILVER. When the campaign ends, our customer service manager will reach all the backers to ask the color choice of their GoDJ Plus via email.

Q8 –Which are all components that I will receive if I buy GoDJ Plus/ GoDJ Lite?

For both GoDJ Plus and GoDJ Lite, you get the actual gear as well as a charging USB cable.

Q9 - What is the difference between the former version GODJ and this new version ”GODJ Plus”?

There are three main differences between GoDJ Plus and GoDJ Lite.

1) Built-in speaker-GoDJ Lite does not have built-in speaker. However GoDJ Plus had a digital amp built-in speaker.

2) Bigger size-GoDJ Lite fit right in your back pocket. GoDJ Plus is slightly bigger however it will fit right in small backpack.

Of course that you can. Our product has various support functions to support beginners to be able to enjoy mixing without any difficulty.

GoDJ Plus not only has a built-in speaker but also RCA jacks. Through RCA jack, you can connect with all the speakers and mixers that you need.

Q12 - Where can I download more samples to use in the musical pad?

Any GoDJ users can download 14 packs for free on our official website. If you want to add more samplers, you can either download it online or record your own and put into the gear.

Q13 -What is the difference between “Speaker Level” and “Master Lever” knobs?

“Speaker Level” is used to control the volume of built-in speaker. On the other hand, “Master Lever” is used to control the volume of output speaker.

Q14 – How does Gateways works in GoDJ when I am scratching?

When a DJ is performing scratching, GoDJ’s AI (Artificial Intelligence) automatically opens and closes crossfader. Hence you can DJ easily by just scratching and not worry so much about touching cross fader!

Q15 – What is High Resolution Audio mode?

High Resolution Audio (HRA) is a mode that maximizes the music quality of FLAC, WAV. PCM files and extracts the HRA to speakers et al.

HRA mode in GoDJ Plus is only supported by Player mode and not supported on DJ mode. Also GoDJ Lite does not support HRA mode.

Q16 – Which kind of loops does have in GoDJ Plus?

We have two different loops. Basic loop enables you to use 1/8bpm to 32bpm. Slip loop enables you to use 1/8bpm to 4bpm.

Q17 – When I am recording, which type of file will be created?

Recording will be saved on internal memory in a WAV format.

Q18- What is “Cue Master” knob used for?

“Cue Master” knob gives the control over the sound that comes through the headphone. You can control whether you want to just listen to just lineout sounds on your headphone, just sounds for the headphone or listen to both the lineout sounds and headphone sound.

Q19– What is “Monitor Level” knob used for?

“Monitor Level” knob controls the volume of the sound that only comes out on the connected headphone when you are monitoring the next song.

Q20 - I can only find GODJ SILVER online. What is the difference between GODJ SILVER and GODJ LITE?

There are three differences between GoDJ Silver and GoDJ Lite. GoDJ Lite does not support three functions that was supported on the other model; 1) Guitar function 2) Piano function and 3) High resolution audio. The purpose of GoDJ Lite is for the people who only want main functions of DJ gadgets for more affordable price. Also GoDJ Lite is only available in only black color.
